The 1963-64 Romanian Hockey League season was the 36th season of the Romanian Hockey League. Six teams participated in the league, and Steaua Bucuresti won the championship.[1]
Qualification round
The qualification round took place in Brasov from January 25-31, 1964. Stiinta Cluj finished first, defeating the second placed Dinamo Bucuresti 6-3. Both teams qualified for the final round. The other participants were Metalul Radauti, Progresul Gheorgheni, and Tarnava Odorheiu Secuiesc.
Final round
The final round was played in Bucharest from February 25-March 1 and March 17-23, 1964. Steaua Bucuresti finished with 20 pts and a goal differential of 78:12.
