The 1927-28 Romanian Hockey League season was the third season of the Romanian Championship. Hockey Club Roman Bucharest won the championship by defeating Universitatea Cluj in the final.[1]

First round

Universitatea Cluj qualified for the final.

Bucharest Championship

The Bucharest Championship was staged on January 24, 1928.

Final

The final was staged on January 29, 1928, in Cluj. The Grant brothers were not present for the final, but Alexandru Botez, who had trained in Klagenfurt, Austria, played for HCR and scored two goals.

Sergiu Nadler, who had played the whole match as a goalkeeper for HCR, went on the attack late in the match and scored the tying goal in the last minute.
