The 1960-61 Romanian Hockey League season was the 33rd season of the Romanian Hockey League. Four teams participated in the league, and CCA Bucuresti won the championship.[1]
Bucharest Championship
The championship was played from December 25, 1960, to January 10, 1961.

CCA and Stiinta advanced to the national championship.
National Championship
The national championship began on March 21, 1961.
Group 1
Participants: CCA Bucuresti, Stiinta Bucuresti, Steagul Rosu Brasov, Metalul Radauti.
CCA and Stiinta advanced to the final round.
Group 2
Participants: Vointa Miercurea Ciuc, Stiinta Cluj, Progresul Miercurea Ciu, Surianul Sebes.
Vointa and Stiinta advanced to the final round.
Final round
The teams played a double round-robin, playing a total of six games apiece.
