National Championship

SC Miercurea Ciuc challenged Tenis Club Roman Bucharest. The game was originally intended to be played in Bucharest, but this was rendered impossible due to a lack of ice in the area. Although TCR had hoped to be bolstered by a home crowd, they still won the championship, staged in Miercurea Ciuc on January 24, 1931. 400 spectators, 10% of Miercurea Ciuc's population, attended the final.

Tenis Club received another challenge from Jahn Cernauti, champions of Bukovina. The two sides played a championship match in Cernauti on February 9.
