Overview

The Victorian Championship series in Australia was held for the ninth time. It was won by the Melbourne Ice Hockey Club.

The eighth Goodall Cup Inter-State Series between Victoria and New South Wales was staged in August 1923. It was won by New South Wales, 2-games-to-none.

The second New South Wales Championship took place in Sydney. North Sydney, South Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, and Western Suburbs competed. Eastern Suburbs won the championship.
