Overview

The Victorian Championship series in Australia was held for the ninth time. It was won by the Melbourne Ice Hockey Club.

The eighth Goodall Cup Inter-State Series between Victoria and New South Wales was staged in August 1923. It was won by New South Wales, 2-games-to-none.

The second New South Wales Championship took place in Sydney. North Sydney, South Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, and Western Suburbs competed. Eastern Suburbs won the championship, with 33 goals for to 15 against.[1]
