The 1966 Goodall Cup was the 40th edition of the inter-state series between Victoria and New South Wales. It was won by Victoria, who claimed the championship for the 15th time in total. The tournament was played in St. Moritz, Melbourne, and ended on August 2, 1966.
Bruce Beattie won the John Nicholas Trophy as the most valuable player (MVP) of the Goodall Cup competition.
