The 1976-77 Pervaya Liga season was the 27th season of the Pervaya Liga, the second level of ice hockey in the Soviet Union. 14 teams participated in the league, and Avtomobilist Sverdlovsk won the championship and was promoted to the Soviet Championship League. Sibir Novosibirsk qualified for the Promotion-Relegation round.
