The 1974-75 Pervaya Liga season was the 25th season of the Pervaya Liga, the second level of ice hockey in the Soviet Union. 14 teams participated in the league, and Sibir Novosibirsk won the championship and was promoted to the Soviet Championship League. Avtomobilist Sverdlovsk qualified for the Promotion-Relegation round.
