The 1975-76 Pervaya Liga season was the 26th season of the Pervaya Liga, the second level of ice hockey in the Soviet Union. 14 teams participated in the league, and Kristall Saratov won the championship and was promoted to the Soviet Championship League. Dizelist Penza qualified for the Promotion-Relegation round.
