The 1967-68 II gruppa season was the 18th season of the II gruppa, the second level of ice hockey in the Soviet Union. 12 teams participated in the league, and Traktor Chelyabinsk won the championship and was promoted to the Soviet Championship League. The second and third place teams earned spots in the Promotion round.
