The 1971-72 Pervaya Liga season was the 22nd season of the Pervaya Liga, the second level of ice hockey in the Soviet Union. 13 teams participated in the league, and Avtomobilist Sverdlovsk won the championship and was promoted to the Soviet Championship League.
