The 1940-41 Serie A season was the 13th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Four teams participated in the competition, and AC Milanese DG won the championship.

This was the first championship to be contested since 1938, after two years of interruption due to World War II.

AC Milanese DG earned a bye directly to the final. Its second and third teams played against one another to decide which side would play against Juventus Torino. The winner of this game advanced to play the first team in the final.
