The 1946-47 Serie A season was the 14th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Four teams participated in the league, and Hockey Club Milano won the championship.

It was the first season to be played since 1941 due to World War II. The Federazione Italiana Hockey su Ghiaccio was founded this year as a separate branch from the old skating association. Some new rules, which were already a part of international play, were implemented in the Italian Championship this season.

The winner of the Serie B advanced to play in the Serie A. HC Misurina won the Serie B and joined three other squads, HC Milano, HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano, and SG Cortina in the Serie A.
