The 1932-33 Serie A season was the seventh season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Hockey Club Milano won the championship by defeating SG Cortina in the final.
The defending champion, SG Cortina, received a bye to the final.
First round
Western Group
Semifinals
The semifinals were played in Milan on January 14th.

- Hockey Club Milano - Excelsior Milano 12:1 (3:0, 4:1, 5:0)
Final
As the first and second teams from Milan both advanced to the final, the first team advanced to the playoff.
Eastern Group
The only match in the Eastern Group was played in Ortisei on January 15th.
Playoff
Played in Milan on January 19th between the two group winners.

The final was played in two legs, the first in Cortina d'Ampezzo on February 15th, and the second in Milan on March 12th.

Littoriali
The "Littoriali" were a cultural and sporting event organized by the fascist party for students. It was played between the Fascist University Groups (GUF) of each province. The tournament took place in Bardonecchia from January 25-27.
