The 1950-51 Serie A season was the 18th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Nine teams participated in the league, and HC Milan Inter won the championship. The first round was divided into three groups of three teams apiece, with the clubs playing three group matches. The top team from each group advanced to the final round. A maximum of two foreigners per team were permitted to play in the championship.

First round

Group A

  • 12/14: HC Milan Inter - Diavoli Rossoneri Milano 7:0 (2:0, 4:0, 1:0)
  • 1/15: HC Milan Inter - HC Amatori Milano 17:3 (5:1, 6:1, 6:1)
