The 1952-53 Serie A season was the 20th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Eight teams participated in the league, and HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano won the championship.

HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano and HC Milan Inter received byes to the final round.
