The 1957-58 Serie A season was the 24th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Six teams participated in the league, and HC Milan Inter won the championship.

HC Milan Inter dominated the league en route to an undefeated season and national championship, finishing three points ahead of defending champions SG Cortina.
In the first Bolzano derby between HC and Scoiattoli, a fight between Giorgio Zerbetto and Claudio Battisti erupted with seven minutes remaining and HC up 12-2.
