The 1931-32 Serie A season was the sixth season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. SG Cortina won the championship by defeating Hockey Club Milano in the final. It was the first time a squad other than Milano won the title.

Hockey Club Milano received a bye directly to the final.

Qualification round

Western Group

HC Milano II advanced to the final by default from Group A by default. Circolo Pattinatori Valentino Torino withdrew due to ailments afflicting multiple players. CP Varese also withdrew. In Group B, Nord Torino withdrew, leaving Excelsior and Ambrosio to play.

The qualification matches to advance to the final were held in Alleghe between the two group winners. As the first match, played on January 24th, ended in a 0-0 draw, a rematch was staged on the 26th.
