The 1933-34 Serie A season was the eighth season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Hockey Club Milano won the championship by defeating GSD Cortina in the final.

As the previous season's champion, Milano received a bye directly to the final.

First round

Quarterfinals

HC Bardonecchia forfeited, so their opponent, HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano, advanced to the semifinals.

Both legs of the final were played in Milan, on March 6th and 7th, as there was no suitable ice available in Cortina d'Ampezzo.
