The 1937-38 Serie A season was the 12th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. AC Milanese DG won the championship by defeating AC Milanese DG II in the final.

The city of Milan had difficulty supporting two teams, thus ADG Milano and HC Diavoli Rossoneri Milano merged to form AC Milanese DG.

Restrictions on foreign players were reduced as the aim of the federation was to "publicize ice hockey and train young people in preparation for the 1940 Winter Olympics" (which were never held due to WWII).

The Serie A final took place between the only top-level club entered, AC Milanese DG, and the winner of the Serie B, which proved to be Milanese's second team.
