The 1967-68 Serie A season was the 34th season of the Serie A, the top level of ice hockey in Italy. Five teams participated in the league, and SG Cortina won the championship by defeating HC Diavoli Milano in the final.

Final round
HC Gardena also qualified for the final round but forfeited their participation as they did not agree to the scheduled dates for the matches. This left Cortina and Milano to play for the title.
