Historically, junior hockey in Czechoslovakia consisted of the following classifications and champions:
U17
The Czechoslovak U17 League (Liga mladsiho dorostu) was the national under U17 ice hockey league in Czechoslovakia. It was divided into Czech and Slovak sections, with the top teams from each section meeting to decide the overall Czechoslovak champion.
