Junior hockey in Italy currently consists of leagues with age groups ranging from U13 to U19. The leagues are administered by the Federazione Italiana Sport del Ghiaccio.
The U14 and U16 championships are divided into regional groups at the outset, with the top teams meeting in the final tournament to crown the national champion. The U18 and U20 competitions operate on a league basis.
