1952–53 Suomi-sarja season

The 1952-53 Suomi-sarja season was contested as the second tier of Finnish hockey. 19 teams participated in the league, and TK-V Tampere won the championship.

Regular season

The league was divided into four groups, the winners qualifying for promotion to the SM-sarja.
