This was the 1923-24 season in Soviet bandy:

Leningrad Championship

The Leningrad Championship was played for the second consecutive season. It was divided into A and B groups of five teams apiece. Yusupov Garden was renamed Lolbeck, while Putilovsky became Red Putilovets.

The city of Petrograd was renamed Leningrad on January 26, 1924, five days after the death of Vladimir Lenin.

The competition was played from January 6 to March 16.
