This was the 1932-33 season in Soviet bandy:

Leningrad Championship

The Leningrad Championship was played for the 11th consecutive season. 34 clubs were divided into four groups of play. Games in Group 1 commenced on January 18 and continued until March. The club standings were not determined, because Dynamo Leningrad took part in departmental competitions for more than a month and, after their termination, could not complete their schedule due to weather conditions.

In a match between the two strongest teams in the city, Red Putilovets defeated Dynamo Leningrad 2:1. The other teams to play in Group 1 were Krasnaya Zarya, Baltvod, LOS, Electrosila, Red Triangle, and Bolshevik. A promotion/relegation series was played between the last placed team in Group 1 (Bolshevik) and the Group 2 winner (Promkooperatsiya). The latter won the first two matches both by the score of 2:1, and refused to play any further games.

The women's championship was won by Red Triangle.

Moscow Championship

The Moscow Championship was contested for the 11th time in 1933. 48 teams were divided into 12 groups of four teams apiece. Group 1 was split into three groups, with the top two teams in each group advancing to the final round. The women's championship was won by SKIG.
