Junior hockey in Belarus currently has leagues ranging from 10 and under to 18 and under.

Teams from Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine have also participated in the various age groups over the years. The Latvian teams in particular have enjoyed success historically, winning titles in the U14 through U18 competitions.

Nearly all the teams who play in the junior leagues are the junior sections of established, professional clubs.
