The Swiss 4.Liga is the sixth and lowest level league in Switzerland. It is the fourth tier Regio League.
The top teams are promoted to the Swiss 3.Liga.
Format
The 4.Liga is divided in three divisions: Ostschweiz or Orientale (East Switzerland; OS); Zentralschweiz (Central Switzerland; ZS); and Suisse Romande (Romandie, SR).

Notes: 1. Willen-Neunforn, 2nd in Group 4, was also promoted. HC Albula, 2nd in Group 5, was also promoted. 3. Baretswiler SC declined promotion, so the second-placed team, EHC Dubendorf II, was promoted instead. 4. Bodensee Devils, 2nd in Group 4, were also promoted. 5. Both Albula and Seetal II (the top two finishers in Group 5) declined promotion. 6. SC Rheintal II, 2nd in Group 4, was also promoted. 7. Sursee II declined promotion. The second-place finisher, EHC Zugerland, was promoted. 8. Akademischer Zurich, 2nd in Group 4, declined promotion. 9. Osco declined promotion, but the second-placed Ceresio II was promoted. 10.
