Montana

Four teams participated in the Butte-Anaconda Hockey League and the Butte Clarkes won the championship. The Wisdom Rangers were the successor to the Butte Lockwoods.

Lake Placid earned the right to represent the Adirondack District in the National Senior Championships. A team composed mainly of Lake Placid players, but also some other stars from the region, competed in the tournament as Adirondack HC.

The Devils Lake Brewers won the First Lake Region Hockey Tournament, defeating the Minot Tigers in the final.

Shamrocks won the title with three wins.

Texas

The Polar Wave Bears, Falstaff Beermen, and Spalding Blue Streaks competed in the Houston City League in 1934-35. Notably, the Houston Junior College Cougars and Rice Owls also had active teams. The San Pedro Ice Palace re-opened in San Antonio, and the South Texas Ice Hockey League was formed, with all games taking place at the rink.
