Junior hockey in Hungary currently has leagues ranging from U14 to U20 in age level. The competitions are organized by the Hungarian Ice Hockey Federation.

Champions

U21

The Hungarian U21 League (also called Junior) is the national under 21 league in Hungary. It formerly operated as an under 22 league, but reduced the age limit to 21 for the 2009-10 season. After not being contested during the 2011-12 season, the league was reformatted as an under 23 competition for 2012-13. It became a U21 competition once again in 2013-14.
