The Swiss 4.Liga is the sixth and lowest level league in Switzerland. It is the fourth tier Regio League.
The top teams are promoted to the Swiss 3.Liga.
Format
The 4.Liga is divided in three divisions: Ostschweiz or Orientale (East Switzerland; OS); Zentralschweiz (Central Switzerland; ZS); and Suisse Romande (Romandie, SR).

Notes: 1. Willen-Neunforn, 2nd in Group 4, was also promoted. HC Albula, 2nd in Group 5, was also promoted. 3. Baretswiler SC declined promotion, so the second-placed team, EHC Dubendorf II, was promoted instead. 4. Bodensee Devils, 2nd in Group 4, were also promoted. 5.
