The 1969-70 Northern League season was the fourth season of the Northern League, the top level ice hockey league in northern England and Scotland. 10 teams participated in the league, and the Murrayfield Racers won the regular season championship while the Glasgow Dynamos won the Spring Cup playoff championship.
