The Edinburgh Royals were an ice hockey team in Edinburgh, Scotland. Their home arena was the Murrayfield Ice Rink.
The club was founded in 1952 and played two seasons in the Scottish National League from 1952-1954.
The Royals then joined the new British National League the following year. After one season in the league, they withdrew, but later returned to participate in the 1958 British Autumn Cup.
The Murrayfield Racers were also known as the Edinburgh Royals between 1958 and 1966.
Another team called the Royals played in the Northern League and the Icy Smith Cup during the 1969-70 season.
