The 1975-76 Northern League season was the 10th season of the Northern League, the top level ice hockey league in northern England and Scotland. Eight teams participated in the league, and the Murrayfield Racers won the regular season championship while the Fife Flyers claimed the Spring Cup playoff championship.

Spring Cup
Semifinals
- Fife Flyers defeated the Murrayfield Racers 16:7 on aggregate (9:2, 7:5)
- Ayr Bruins defeated the Whitley Warriors 16:11 on aggregate (11:5, 5:6)
Final
- Fife Flyers defeated the Ayr Bruins 17:7 on aggregate (10:2, 7:5)
