The OB II bajnokság (also known as the Andersen Liga since 2022; formerly called the OB I/B. bajnokság from 2009-2013) is the second level of ice hockey in Hungary. It lies below the OB I bajnokság.
The league was not contested from 2013-2017. Debreceni HK applied to join the MOL Liga, but were required to wait a year before being officially accepted, so they only fielded junior teams for the 2013-14 season. Tisza Volan Szeged joined the Serbian Hockey League, leaving no remaining teams at this level.
There was a small tournament arranged on March 28 and 29, 2015, in place of a league competition. A six team league was arranged for the 2017-18 season.
