The Yugoslav 2nd League served as the second-level of ice hockey in Yugoslavia below the Yugoslav Ice Hockey League.

The competition was referred to either as the Druga liga or the Medrepubliška Liga.

At the last meeting of the competition committee, among other things, they discussed two unplayed matches between Mladost and Tivoli and Triglav and Mladost. The committee decided that both matches should be formally registered as 5:0 in favor of the home team, because there were no visitors, and it is recommended to the opponents that the matches be subsequently played until the end of the season.[31]
