Kristall Elektrostal and Avtomobilist Alma-Ata are promoted to the Pervaya Liga. Khimik Dnieprodzerzhinsk, Vimpel Mezhdurechinsk and Selkhozvuzovets Chelyabinsk are relegated to the Klass B.
