Junior hockey in the Czech Republic currently consists of age divisions ranging from U11 to U20.

The U20 and U18 age groups consist of the Extraliga as the top division, followed by the 1. Liga as the second-level and the Regional Championships as the lowest level.

U12 through U16 are composed of regional championships to start, with the top teams advancing to the national final, where the nationwide champion is crowned.

The U15 and U13 age groups have not been contested since the 2010-11 season. After the 2008-09 season, the U11 division was reformed, with the national championship being abolished.
