The Czech U18 1. Liga was the second level under 18 ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. It was divided into three regional groups (East, West, and Central) with the top teams in each group proceeding to the promotion round of the Czech Extraliga U18. It was discontinued after the 2017-18 season.
