The DHL Extraliga U20 (formerly the NOEN Extraliga U20) is the national under 20 ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. It was founded in 1996 as a U21 competition, becoming a U20 league in 2001. For the 2018-19 season, it became an under 19 competition, merging with the Czech Extraliga U18. In 2019-20, it reverted back to being a U20 competition again.
