The 2018 Greek Ice Hockey Championship season was the 13th season of the Greek Ice Hockey Championship. The senior competition was not completed.

Senior Championship

  • Albatros - Iptameni 2-11
  • Warriors - Albatros 5-0 forfeit
  • Iptamenoi - Tarandos 11-4

The rest of the championship was not played due to issues between the teams. There was also a "Friday Night Hockey" playoff series between Iptamenoi and Albatros.

  • Iptamenoi - Albatros 7:4
  • Iptamenoi - Albatros 11:5
  • Iptamenoi - Albatros 6:5 OT

It was supposed to be a best-of-seven series, but no further results were reported.

U16 Championship

  • Tarandos - Warriors 16:2
