The 1992 Greek Ice Hockey Championship season was the fourth season of the Greek Ice Hockey Championship. Iptamenoi Pagodromoi Athinai won the championship as the only team to declare participation in the season. It was their first title. The other clubs, including the defending champion Aris Thessaloniki, did not compete, as they were in disagreement with the federation. They wanted a longer championship and not just a tournament played over a few days.
