The 2018 Greek Ice Hockey Championship season was the 13th season of the Greek Ice Hockey Championship. The senior competition was won by Iptamenoi Pagodromoi Athinai.
Senior Championship
- Albatros - Iptameni 2-11
- Warriors - Albatros 5-0 forfeit
- Iptamenoi - Tarandos 11-4
The rest of the championship was not played due to issues between the teams. There was also a "Friday Night Hockey" playoff series between Iptamenoi and Albatros.

It was supposed to be a best-of-seven series, but no further results were reported.
The Senior Championship was eventually completed in December 2018, with games taking place from the 7th to the 9th. Five teams participated in the competition. The intended sixth participant, Tarandos Moschato, withdrew prior to the start of the championship.
