The 1938-39 Tatra Cup was the 14th edition of the tournament. It was won by HC Tatry.

The tournament was played from December 31, 1938-January 1, 1939, in Novy Smokovec, Stary Smokovec, and Poprad. It was a national competition this year.[1]
