The 1937-38 Tatra Cup was the 13th edition of the tournament. It was won by HC Tatry.

The national tournament (also known as the Pohár Palace sanatoria Dr. Szontagha) was played from December 25-26, 1937, in Novy Smokovec. The international tournament was not held this year. It had been intended to take place in Poprad and Novy Smokovec from January 5-6, 1938, but did not come to fruition.[1]

  • SK Zilina - SK Spisske Podhradie 3:0 (2:0, 1:0, 0:0)

HC Tatry finished first in the round-robin, thus winning the tournament.
