The Regina City League was formed for the 1904 season. Five teams entered the competition.

- 2/1: CPR - Clerks 7:3
- 2/4: Smith-Ferguson - Real Estate Forfeit
- 2/29: Clerks - CPR 4:2
- 3/11: Clerks - CPR 4:3 OT (1:1, 3:3, 1:0) - played @ Lumsden due to collapse of roof at Regina rink
The Clerks won the league championship.
