Torao Nihei (born April 30, 1914) was a Japanese hockey player. He was a reserve player for the Japanese National Team at the 1936 Winter Olympics and did not appear in any games.
He did play in four games for Japan during their 1936 European tour, however. Nihei also played for Oji Seishi Tomakomai.
