Teschener Eislauf Verein (also called TEV Cieszyn and Cieszynskie Towarzystwo Lyzwiarskie) was an ice hockey team in Cieszyn, Poland.

The hockey section was founded for the 1921-22 season and was affiliated with the Deutscher Eishockey Verband in Czechoslovakia. They played most of their matches against teams from Opava, Ostrava, Poprad, and Zlin.[1]

TEV joined the Śląski Związek Hokeja na Lodzie (Silesian Union of Ice Hockey) when it was founded in 1928. The club played in the regional Silesian Championship during the 1930s. They won the Klass B title in 1932 and the Klass A championship in 1934. TEV never qualified for the Polish National Championship.

TEV also played in the 1942 German Ice Hockey Championship, where they finished in third place in Group D after losing both their games by a combined score of 25-2.
