The Saint Pierre and Miquelon men's national ice hockey team is the national ice hockey team of the French overseas collectivity of Saint Pierre and Miquelon. They are controlled by the Association du Hockey Mineur SPM.
History
Saint Pierre and Miquelon (a selection of local players reinforced by players from the Ligue Magnus) played its first game on May 15, 2008 against France in Saint-Pierre, Saint Pierre and Miquelon.[1] Saint Pierre and Miquelon lost the exhibition game 8–6. The team has not played a game since their international debut.[2] The team is controlled by the Association du Hockey Mineur SPM.[2] It was noted that there were plans for a second game on May 16, but no results were reported.[3]
